T H E T O W N O F B R I G U SDevelopment Application(A) Permit is to be prominently displayed at site. (B) Persons to whom the permit is issued are responsible for cleaning up debris after work is completed. Failure to do so will result in Council cleaning up the site and the person to whom the permit was issued will be billed for same as per town regulations. (C) No Person shall interfere with underground water and sewer lines without Council's Approval. (D) Persons undertaking repairs or development within our town and especially in the heritage area should contact the Council Office for clarification of Councils regulations pertaining to replacement of windows, clapboard/siding and corners. (E) All fences must be constructed in a traditional style of vertical wood palings and all retaining walls must be constructed of stone, except where otherwise agreed to by Council for the purposes or security and/or safety. Fences & Walls that border town roads must be first approved by the Public Works Committee. (F) Building Permits are issued conditional on compliance of the National Building Code of Canada and the Town of Brigus Building Regulations. You are hereby Notified that it is your responsibility to ensure compliance as the Council of Brigus will not be undertaking inspections.
